Commercial Lines Data Expert

• Define, code, and test rules for automated processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions
• Play a key role in strategic projects aimed at improving underwriting efficiency and effectiveness
• Build and deliver timely, accurate, and comprehensive management information (MI) reports on Commercial Lines performance
• Provide training to underwriters, sales teams, and other stakeholders on renewals triage, portfolio data, and new reporting solutions

• Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Actuarial Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proficiency in data management tools such as Excel (including macros), Python, R, SQL, QlikSense, and Power BI
• Familiarity with AI tools and open-source technologies is a strong advantage
• Proven experience in roles such as Actuary, Data Scientist, Business Analyst, Finance Analyst, or similar positions
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
